This is an invaluable weekly session to help you to continue to have the energy to heal yourself and heal the world around you.

Tune in to your deep wisdom,
Unlock your full potential,
Meet like-minded activists,
Inspire and be inspired,
To heal the world.

Start your day with a body, mind and emotion check-in and reset. Slow down to achieve more. Slow down to make sure you invest your time in the right things. Running after the endless task list is only one way of doing the work that needs to be done. Scarcity of time and resources will only get you just so far. Let’s explore other ways.

19th Annual GardenFest @ Downtown Nelson
May 9 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm
19th Annual GardenFest @ Downtown Nelson

GardenFest was started by three avid local gardeners in 2002 with just a few tables set out on Hall Street and has grown into one of Nelsons annual market highlights with over 50 vendors and community groups on hand with perennials, annuals, vegetable starts, trees and flowers – just about everything a gardener needs to get started or add to an already great gardening endeavor. There will be many of the regular vendors who are GardenFest staples as well as new vendors from across the area bringing plenty of variety to the market. GardenFest is always held on Mother’s Day weekend, so if you want to get something lovely and special for mom don’t miss this market. You can also get gardening tips and planting information from the vendors as many of them are long time Kootenay growers and gardeners who know all about how to cultivate in our region and weather conditions.
